Parent Campaign Linking issues

Hello

I am trying to link a follow-up campaign to a parent campaign by putting the parent campaign id # in the settings field in the campaign manager (E10). Normally this has worked for me on previous occasions, however this time around for some reason I am unable to link the 2 campaigns. Are there any specific fields to check/uncheck whilst linking?
